World Education Thailand and Myanmar are field offices of World Education, a division of JSI. Along the Thailand-Myanmar border, World Education works with refugees and migrants from Myanmar (also known as Burma) to provide access to quality education by providing training, resource support, and grant funds to develop the skills of local organizations and individuals. In Southeast Myanmar, World Education works with local education partners to strengthen non-formal and multi-lingual education while providing comprehensive support to landmine survivors and persons with disabilities to meet their social, physical, and economic needs.
